At CRAFTD, we stand by the quality of our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the jewelry is in its original, unworn condition and place it back in the CRAFTD branded packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
